This inspiring tale looks at the incredible life of a young Irishman who surmounts poverty and prejudice to become a boxing champion and national hero. Francis Barrett grows up in a cluttered trailer park without electricity and running water among the "Travellers," a poor group of gypsies scorned by the rest of Irish society.
